Christianity Exposed

Any person who claims the name of Christ-ian and adheres to the revelation of the one and only Trinitarian God in His self-attesting Bible and has not come into direct opposition with friends, family, co-workers, acquaintances, and even strangers either has so hidden their faith that no one can recognize it or they have so compromised what the Bible clearly teaches that it is no longer Biblical Christianity.

Contrary to pop-Christianity, while Jesus ate with sinners, prostitutes, and tax collectors, He clearly and unequivocally called them to repentance from sin; sin being defined as “any want of conformity unto, or transgression of the law of God.” (Westminster Shorter Catechism question 14)

If your goal is to avoid conflict with the world, not hurt anyone’s feelings, or make sinners feel better about their sin, then what you believe in isn’t Biblical Christianity or the Christ revealed in Scripture.

Christ promised persecution for those who follow Him. Persecution comes because the kingdom of God is so offensive and in such conflict with this world and culture that the two kingdoms cannot peaceful co-exist. Each kingdom works to undermine and ultimately destroy the other. Peace between these kingdoms is not possible.

If you, as a Christian are not willing to expose what you truly believe, make no mistake, eventually you will be pushed to the point where you will be forced to choose which kingdom you belong to. Neutrality is not an option.

The sooner Christians come to terms with this, the sooner we can get on with the Biblical evangelism that Jesus Christ Himself did - calling sinners to repentance and obedient faith in Him.
